I want to express my thanks again for all your support in getting me the RAM. It was the correct type and worked great after I installed it. Three weeks ago my father passed away and I had been telling him I would get his computer working better. I did not realize that the PC only had 16 mb of RAM until I tried to install Windows ME. (This was stupid on my part but I was just not thinking.) I did this the day before he died. Even though he would have been thrilled to see the speed improvement I know he is happy that I was able to do this for my mother. She really enjoys working on the computer. I was able to get windows me installed and finally got Mcafee virus protection reinstalled. I was trying to cheat the system and finally had to break down and do that the proper way. I am telling you all this because the RAM turned out to be one of the best gifts I could have given my mother at this time. Your help to get it to me before mothers day is greatly appreciated. I was also very impressed that you cared enough to call me to check to see if it had arrived.

It is amazing how the kindness of others often is not expressed to the person who showed that kindness. I wanted you to know that I recognize your kindness and it will always be remembered. I would like you to forward this note to your superiors and I hope they will take appropriate steps to reward you for not only doing an outstanding job but also, unknown to you, how this effort brought great joy to a person who is mourning the lose of a spouse whos marriage lasted over 48 years and their relationship extended over half a century.

Thank you for the saving our legacy HP 9000/e-45 server. My experience with your Company has been a very good one. Not only did you have the knowledge, but also the resources to get the very, very, hard to find RAM for this system. Our system has
new life now that we can upgrade to the new "RAM intense" Operating System and software applications. In these times Companies want to save as much money as possible and upgrading RAM and or hardware instead of purchasing new servers is cost effective and gives the older systems new life. The next time
I need RAM I know who to call. Thanks again Eric & Denise for your great support.
