is a Company about People Not Parts! We believe
that electronic components can fail through design
or damage, but that people fail by choice. Because
of this philosophy all Colorado Ram Solutions products
have been thoroughly tested and, when shipped, are
free of defects in material and workmanship. Colorado
Ram Solutions, at its option, will repair or replace
this product, if any malfunction should occur, at
no charge, provided (1) the product or any part
thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected,
replaced, repaired or modified, (2) the product
is still owned by the original purchaser and (3)
the product was properly installed in the original
machine for which it was purchased and used in its
recommended environment. Colorado Ram Solutions
shall make the final determination as to the existence
and cause of any defect. All shipping costs shall
be the responsibility of Colorado Ram Solutions
unless the items were ordered as a generic part.
The responsibility will then fall to the purchaser.
CRS does this for one reason only: YOU. It is our
unwavering commitment to make even an RMA pleasant
